DanceCombat
Other Sanjuro Instructor modules include: DanceCombat, a 2 day Instructor module.
This class format has been offered for over 10 years and is a martial art to music based aerobic format that develops flexibility, strength and stamina. This class is very popular both in the fitness industry and our community based projects.
If you also wanted to take the Sanjuro DanceCombat module, once you had successfully completed the SEN module, then you would only be required to attend 1 day of the DanceCombat module for an additional fee of £75.00. Again, you could receive up to 75% off the module fee via the Mayors Legacy fund.
