I only caught the last 5 or so minutes of the series ” MY LIFE : KARATE KIDS ”
The similarities between my daughters actions and reactions ,and Tims was incredibly alike .
I actually am amazed at how Tim progressed …as I said earlier ,I only saw 5 minutes ,but was fascinated ,and delighted to see that people …very special people …have thought up this method ,and would really like to see the full episodes ,but they do not seem available on the net ..Can anyone help me out with this …ie . in dvd or advice on how/where to get a copy of this brilliant programme ,and would be delighted if the BBC could show this series again as I think a lot of people ,not only the disabled ,would benefit by watching this

Moving, inspirational, exciting, educational, impressive. This is the sort of program we need to see on the BBC more often. Programs that give us insight into the experience of disability.

With the online disabled community up in arms about the proposed changes to support for disabled people, and the portrayal of disabled people in the media, we are all in need of stories, images and information that show disabled people in a positive light.

So I reiterate the request: anybody, everybody, who liked this program please tell the BBC and ask them to show it in a later time slot. Programs about disabled people and programs that cast disabled people should not be restricted to CBBC!!
