Everyone has different fitness goals or needs.
As a result, we offer complete flexibility so that you can put together a programme using the products & services that we have available. Whether you want a series of workshops for self defence, muscle flexibility & strength development or cardio workout formats, there is something for everyone.

If you are a school looking for new ways to get your pupils interested in fitness, a group of friends wanting to work out together or someone who wants a 1-2-1 – our unique and effective programmes will keep you smiling as you get fit!

All you need to do is contact us and let us know the following:

Number of people, age range and ability, location of venue and any preferred dates, then let us do the rest!

Throughout the year we also offer Sanjuro Martial Arts workshops that are open to everyone, from complete beginners to experienced artists, actors, dancers, and fitness instructors as well as martial artists from other disciplines.
