FEEDBACK & COMMENTS
The Vale School
Anthony Mckenzie
Vale support staff coordinator responsible for extended school programme
Over the past three years the Vale school students and staff have been working with Glenn Delikan. The chief instructor and founder of a martial art style called Sanjuro.
The Sanjuro SEN programme has helped to develop body position, breath control and combinations of movement in time to music.
When the students were asked what they think Sanjuro has done for them.
Chanice: it has helped me to fight back and given me confidence to learn more.
Debbie: it helped me stretch further physically and has made me stronger.
Sinan: confidence and control.
Serhat: it has helped me control my anger! Given me more confidence.
Anthony Mckenzie: I would like to thank you for putting a smile on our faces each time you work with us! Outstanding.

Judith Vaughan
Tutor for LLDD
The students have all made tremendous progress with their movement, and have shown to enjoy the activity immensely.
I asked our students for their feedback.
Patrick: liked kicking his legs and punching too.
Soraya: in particular, the music and the kicking.
Joao: liked the music, kicking, arm exercises (and generally all of it).
Donna: found the class a little hard, but liked it, and preferred the slow activities and sitting activities which she was able to keep up with, without it causing her knee any trouble.
Judith Vaughn: A massive thank you to Glenn and all his team that have helped out with the running of this great activity.
