Glenn Delikan – Founder Sanjuro Martial Arts
North London ‘Disabilities Coach of the Year’ 2010.
Glenn has trained in many disciplines of martial arts for over 30 years and is the founder of Sanjuro.
He has developed Sanjuro’s unique class formats & grading structure and has also choreographed for theatre and provided many demos at high profile and community events. This recently led to the production of ‘Karate Kids’ a Bafta nominated BBC TV documentary that follows the friendship of two disabled children as they embark upon Sanjuro martial arts training with him.
He is also a guest on the North London Disabilities Steering Group and a member on the Haringey Disabilities Steering Group. Glenn is currently working with Sport England, Pro-Active North London, the Interactive-disability equality group in sport and the Tottenham Hotspur Foundation, in bringing the benefits of Sanjuro martial arts training to all ages and ability groups across London.
