How to find a good martial arts school

One of the best and simplest ways to find a good martial arts school is to find the nearest martial arts supplies store to the area that you are looking in and quite simply visit or call them to ask their advice. These kind of stores have (usually) been around for many years and what they don’t know about the local clubs & instructors isn’t worth knowing!

I’d also recommend you visit the shop to ask in person so as to get more information and familiarise yourself with its location as you’ll probably end up like the rest of us, popping in every now and then to buy things/catch up/find out the latest news…
